Brandon Land

Coach Land is a 2006 graduate of Marietta High School. He was a two-sport Varsity Letter athlete playing both football and soccer. He competed for the Blue Devils as a Goalkeeper on varsity being named to the All-County team. Coach Land continued his playing career in goal at the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama. He was part of a Final Four appearance in 2007 and a Peach Belt Conference Championship in 2010 while competing for the Montevallo Falcons. Coach Land graduated from the University of Montevallo with a B.S. degree in History in 2011 and again in December 2012 with a M.Ed. in Secondary Education.
Coach Land is returning for his 8th season for the Boy’s program and 2nd year as the Head Varsity Coach. He spent previous seasons coaching the middle school and JV teams for three seasons each. Coach Land teaches 8th grade Social Studies at Marietta Middle School Coach Land currently resides in Marietta with his wife of 6 years, Deanna, who teaches 1st grade at Sawyer Road Elementary School. They welcomed their first child in April 2019. |
Dr. Elijah Khan

Dr. Elijah Khan is a mathematics teacher at Marietta Middle school in Marietta; where he has been teaching for 28 years now. He was the 2014 and 2017 Teacher Of The Year. He completed his first bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University. He completed his second bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Education from Kennesaw State University. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Educational Administration & Supervision from University of Southern Mississippi. He played soccer on his national soccer team for five years and coached soccer for 15 years. He was youth soccer referee for 20 years.

Todd Koch

Todd Koch joined Marietta City Schools in 2014. He’s been the boys’ soccer coach at Marietta Middle School since 2017, and came to the middle school in 2016. This year, Todd is teaching Math Connections, Reading Connections, Science, and Social Studies. He is originally from Los Angeles, California and resides in Cartersville, GA.

Jake Camp

Coach Jake Camp graduated from Chapel Hill High School in 2009. He played soccer at the collegiate level at Berry College and holds a National D Coaching License. He was the assistant coach at Chapel Hill for the 2013 season where the team made an elite 8 appearance. After that, Coach Camp coached at Alexander from 2014-2017 where the team made 3 playoff appearances. From Alexander he took a head coaching job at Pepperell High School, under his leadership that team had back to back successful top five finishes. Coach Camp is excited to help grow the program at Marietta into a powerhouse, Go Big Blue!!
